It is a blend of 5 ingredients (sea salts, Dead Sea, Himalayan rock salt, magnesium sulfate and bentonite volcanic ash) that normally exist in nature, without preservatives or dyes, which once dissolved in water release "the sixth surprise ingredient ”: The specific smell of the spa (hydrogen sulphide)!
The ingredients dissolved in hot water contribute in synergy to create a primordial SPA of seas and spas directly at home with many benefits for the muscular system, dermis, immune system, promoting detoxification of the organism and physical and mental regeneration.
The product aims to reproduce the atmosphere of the sulfur-sulphurous muddy spas and of the sea (Dead Sea, especially rich in magnesium) in a single sensory journey into the bathtub, thus creating a primordial SPA.
This creates a muddy saline water with a "sulfatara" effect for a detoxifying and purifying bath, also suitable for sensitive and delicate skin.
A little like going to the spa and the Dead Sea in a single session, comfortably at home, for a global and holistic well-being. The appearance of the water being thermal-muddy also visually creates the atmosphere of the primordial bathroom.
NOTES ON HYDROTHERAPY - BALNEOTHERAPY
Non-specific actions
Studies on balneotherapy (baths) have shown that:
- la hydrostatic pressure causes increased diuresis, natriuresis and inhibition of the sympathetic nervous system (drainage, detox, relaxation)
- The non-specific mechanical stimuli they also act favorably on muscle tone, joint mobility and painful symptoms (rheumatism, fibromyalgia, widespread muscle pain)
- a rapid hyperemia surface with subsequent involvement also of deep tissues, including peri-articular ones (capsules, ligaments), resulting in an increase in the speed of the circulation with the removal of inflammatory mediators and reduction of muscle hypertonia (arthrosis, muscle stiffness also due to cold or morning cold)
Specific actions
Due to the chemical composition: saline waters (sodium chloride), salso-bromo-iodic, sulphurous, sulphated, carbonic, bicarbonate, radioactive, arsenical-ferruginous…
These non-specific and specific actions, in synergy, determine the following general benefits:
- Improved blood circulation and lymphatic drainage (detox).
- Anti-inflammatory effect: reduction of inflammatory infiltrates, edema and exudates (especially hot / cold alternation)
- Increased metabolism (increased blood flow, tissue metabolism increases and changes in enzymatic reactions occur)
- Stimulation of the immune system and elimination of toxins
- Skin improvement - it becomes smooth, soft, elastic, helps eliminate blackheads, dead cells, acnea.
- Elimination of excess water, decreases swelling (more compact tissues, improves cellulite and decreases body weight)
· Reduction of muscle pain , joint stiffness, reduction of muscle spasm, increased extensibility of connective tissue containing collagen
· Reduction of tiredness, improvement of mood
· Analgesic effect : the increase in beta-endorphin is responsible for the analgesic and muscle relaxant effect (very important in patients in whom the pain symptom is dominant).
- Antiseborrheic action which it joins an exfoliating activity and a stimulus to regeneration (eczema, dermatitis);
- Activities bacteriostatic and antifungal dermatological , regulate skin pH and promote balanced hydration (improve the functionality of the dermal barrier);
- a marked improvement in the appearance of the skin for psoriasis (do not use on open wounds)
- improve the imperfections of the cellulitis.
- improve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (pain, spasms, headache, pelvic congestion, fatigue)
The effect of hot water rich in mineral salts has been known since ancient times for its benefits on the body, so much so that today there is a branch of medicine, THERMAL MEDICINE , which recognizes the therapeutic use (scientific studies) of thermal means for:
Osteo-articular pathologies:
· Rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatism (in quiescence)
· Osteoarthritis, disc disease, outcomes of herniated disc surgery,
· Cervicalgia, lumbago (“lumbago”), scapulohumeral periarthritis, sciatica, brachialgia, cruralgia.
· Fibromyositis, Rheumatic fibrosis, Fibrositis, Fibromyalgia.
· Tendinitis, chronic tendinopathies, canalicular syndromes (especially carpal tunnel syndrome),
· Postmenopausal and senile osteoporosis
· Gout
· Consequences of trauma and surgery: algodystrophy, joint stiffness, chronic post-traumatic pain, chronic synovitis and bursitis, articular cartilage lesions, meniscopathies, ligament lesions, etc.
Dermatological pathologies
- psoriasis (excluding pustular, erythrodermal, inverse forms)
- eczema and atopic dermatitis (excluding acute vesicular and exudative forms), seborrheic dermatitis
- itchy dermatoses: itching of diabetics and senile, relapsing urticaria
- acne, furunculosis, cutaneous mycosis, lichen ruber planus
Gynecological pathologies
- Chronic vaginitis, metritis, parametritis, salpingoovaritis, itching
- Chronic nonspecific pelviperitonitis, after-effects of interventions on the genital system
- Dyshormonal states, pre-menstrual and menopausal syndrome
- Sterility (uterine, tubal, ovarian-hormonal)
- Pelvic pain (essential and secondary to inflammatory phenomena)
Aesthetic medicine and sport
- cellulite blemishes
- anti-aging (smooth, luminous, compact, elastic skin)
- sports performance and recovery (30% of muscle strength is given by fascial connective tissue rich in collagen, thermal therapy improves its extensibility and helps in the removal of catabolites by quickly regenerating the tissues; it also helps to reduce the likelihood of injuries).
Thermal therapy cycles of about 12 thermal treatments on consecutive days (shock therapy) give prolonged results over time (6/7 months), especially for chronic pathologies, with less exacerbations over time and with less painful symptoms in the event of acute exacerbation .
PRIMORDIAL BATHROOM
The resealable package (stand-up plasticized bag) is 2 kg recommended for 4 baths (about 500gr per bath to have a functional concentration of salts).
The stability of the inorganic ingredients has allowed the creation of a product that has virtually no shelf life.
How to use:
Melt 500 gr. of salts in about 50 l. of water (half tank) at 36 ° -38 ° C.
Then gradually it can even reach 42 ° C (consult your doctor in case of pathologies in progress). The temperature perceived by the organism also depends on the temperature of the environment (higher temperatures are well tolerated in winter).
The time varies, from a minimum of 20 minutes to 30-40 minutes.
If the temperature is high a long time weakens the organism especially at the beginning of the use of the baths or in the hot season.
2-3 baths per week are recommended. You can also do an intense cycle of 1 bath a day for 8-12 consecutive days (2 cycles a year), to then continue with a less frequent maintenance.
To prolong the detoxifying and relaxing effect, it is recommended to rest covered for about 20-30 minutes after the bath, sipping water or herbal tea (sweating is favored).
Store in a dry place.
Do not use with whirlpool.
It does not contain perfumes, dyes.
Dermatologically tested (also suitable for sensitive and delicate skin but clearly not to be used on open wounds, damaged skin).
It does not contain nano-particles.
Not tested on animals.
It does not contain dyes, preservatives, perfumes
